Phosphating<\/h2>\n

After the chemical degreasing we conduct a second chemical treatment in a jet-cleaning and iron phosphating plant.\"\"<\/p>\n

The phosphate layer which builds up on the surface of the part guarantees a higher corrosion resistance. Depending on the type of the phosphate and the type of the technology used to apply it, the anti-corrosion resistance of the part could reach more than >750 neutral salt spray.<\/p>\n

At this stage of the preparation degreasing is done once more and the phosphate layer builds up on the already cleaned part. The accumulated film assures a good quality of the surface and an excellent cohesion for the next step of the production process \u2013 applying of the powder coating.<\/p>\n

Degreasing<\/h2>\n

Choosing the right method for preliminary preparation and the proper chemicals to treat the surface are the two most vital steps needed for a good end result. We can conduct preliminary chemical degreasing of metal parts, effectively removing oils, grease and other pollutants. The process is carried out in a series of steps by submerging the parts in steel baths.<\/p>\n

Passivation<\/h2>\n

Chrome-free passivation is a surface treatment process that improves the corrosion resistance of metal parts without using hexavalent chromium.
